Typographical Errors:
We at RPM Machine strive to provide
accurate and up-to-date information on the products and services listed on our
Web Sites, however,we cannot verify all information from all
manufacturers, and providers. On occasion errors may be made in publishing.
RPM
Machine
does not warrant that the product
and
service listings are, or will be always accurate, complete or current, and
RPM Machine shall not be liable or responsible as a result of any errors
therein. Therefore, RPM Machine reserves the
right to refuse, or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect
price, and shall have the right to refuse, or
cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase,
and your order has been canceled, RPM Machine shall
immediately issue a credit to you in the amount of the
incorrect price.
Consumer Responsibility:
RPM Machine will attempt to help
with Technical information. This information will be are best educated
opinion. However
the customer is required to check with his mechanic shop in cases of compression,
and insure the manufactures information is used pertaining to parts
supplied. Failure
to do so will in no way make RPM Machine a responsible party for pistons
that have been installed. In any case where
an assembly has been balanced, RPM Machine will only be responsible for a maxi
um
cost of $100.
Secure Personal Information:
Please remember here your personal information is secure at RPM Machine.
When you place an order whether it be E-Mail, US Mail, Fax, or via Telephone,
we
will
never use your information
for anything other than your purchase, nor will we release any information
to any outside sources under any circumstances. Your information is safe with
us.
Payment Information:
We accept Master Card, Visa, or Discover, Pay Pal. There is
no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Your credit card will
be authorized upon processing your
order, and will be billed
prior to shipment. We also accept Money Orders, Certified Bank Checks
and personal checks (please make your personal checks to "RPM Machine,and
allow

to 10 day's for personal checks to clear").
Online Orders:
RPM Machine(Rpm Performance Racing), accepts Online Orders Please
allow 5-9 working days for your online order to be processed and shipped out
to you.

You can also send your payment information,
order requests, or other inquiries via Fax.

We accept orders via US Mail. However will need to visit the RPM Machine Contact
US an fill in all Order Form Information, and print a copy to send in to us.

Back Orders:
Occasionally we are out of stock and a backorder will occur,
even with our large inventories. In this situations, we make every effort to
cross-reference
the
part to
a comparable
manufacturer's line. If
cross-referencing is not an option, we will
leave the option up
to you as to whether you want to wait for a part, or if you want a refund.
Note: Due
to variations in manufacturers shipping times, active backorders are kept open
for a maximum of 45
days. If we haven't received the item from the manufacturer after this time,
the backorder will be cancelled, and we will contact you, at which time you
may re-order, or substitute a
similar item.
We try provide the quality of service that will keep our customers completely
satisfied with each and every order, every time.
International Orders:
Due to the increased amount of security issues with countries
outside of the United States and Canada, RPM Machine will only accept payment
for orders outside the
U.S.
and
Canada via Money Order or Certified Bank Check. No Credit Card payments will
be accepted
outside of the United States and Canada.. Please contact us via email
or by phone at (801)676-0038 to
place an international order.
Special or Custom Orders:
All items not in stock and/or special orders created for the customer
are
considered, Special or custom orders which CANNOT be returned.
Custom Piston orders CANNOT be cancelled once production has
started. under any circumstances!!
Custom Engines are non-refundable for
any reason. Time required to build custom Engines will vary depending on type
of
engine, parts availability,and any unforeseen complications that may arise. (engines
taking
4-8
weeks under normal
conditions.).
Customer assumes all costs and expenses for any legal action taken by said
person.
Money Orders, Certified- Or Personal-
Checks:
If you phone or mail your order and use a money
order, bank check or certified check for payment, your order will be shipped
within 24 hours upon
receipt
of your payment. Please do not send cash.
If you send a personal check to us, we will hold your order for 10 days or until
it has time to cleared the bank. Then your item will then be shipped. RPM
Machine cannot guarantee the availability of a
product, or item by the time funds clear, or payment is received.
IMPORTANT!!! Please
make out all Checks/Money Orders to "RPM Machine "
There is a $21.50 fee charged on all
returned checks.
Shipping:
All items are shipped via UPS Ground,FED,US
Postal Service, in the continental
USA. A
delivery area surcharge of
$2 will be applied to each ground package delivered to residences in less populated
outlying zip codes areas. Canada and outside countries
will
be shipped
via United States Postal Service.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico
The orders to these areas must be sent next day or 2nd-Day UPS.
International Shipping:
All International shipments will be made via
US Postal Service
Air. Insurance will be included with
ALL orders - no exceptions.
All OVERSEAS ORDERS will be charged a $25 processing fee.
All orders to Canada will be charged a $10.00 processing fee (which
covers local PO and runner distribution costs)

Return Policy
When making a return, please follow the Returns
Policy below to
make this process as
efficient as possible for
you and for us.
Return Policy:
DO NOT RETURN ANY PACKAGES WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST!
- If an error was made by you (the
customer), a 15% restocking fee will be imposed upon the cost of the item in
question.
- If an error was made by
RPM Machine, no restocking fee will be imposed. The return/exchange
must be shipped prepaid by the customer. Upon receipt of the item, RPM Machine
will reimburse the customer for
shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging,
in original condition and have NOT been
installed on the engine, or they will not be accepted.
- Send all returns prepaid-no collect
shipments will be accepted under any circumstances. We suggest you
use UPS or U.S. Mail,
and that you insure your part for the full value to protect yourself
against loss.
- We cannot accept returns on custom or special ordered parts.
- Heavily damaged items, not
caused by shipping transit, or exchanges beyond 30 days of original order
date will not be accepted.
- In the event an item is
damaged from shipping, a claim must be filed through UPS or U. S. Mail via
RPM Machine. Please call us first, then further instructions will be given.
- Use of Drop-Shipments
Some items which are drop-shipped directly from a manufacturer may be returned
directly to its origin.
Again, the item must be in its original packaging, and you must call RPM Machine
before you send it back, so that we can arrange for the return. A 15% restocking
fee will be accessed upon the
item(s) being returned only.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
All refunds for orders paid with Credit Cards
will be credited
to the account in which you placed
the original order with. Any
CANCELLATION that has been placed and paid via CREDIT CARD is subject to a 4%
NON-REFUNDABLE
charge. And a 15% restocking fee will be accessed on the item(s) being returned.
Orders paid using money orders, bank checks, or personal checks will be
refunded with our business checks.
